About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Deal Operations to lead and oversee private deal investment accounting and operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of deal activities and investment lifecycle events in accounting systems, as well as facilitating deal fundings, cash positioning, and hedging. This role requires a strong background in private deal investment accounting and operational workflows, with a focus on managing complex investment accounting tasks and driving process improvement. The Assistant Vice President will also be involved in cross-functional initiatives, enhancing workflows, and operational efficiency across teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in investment operations or accounting. The role demands a high level of expertise in managing cash movements and forecasting balances, as well as the ability to establish KPIs and SLAs for continuous process improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
