Key Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality, differentiated instruction for elementary school students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with families, general‑education teachers, and student support teams Foster a safe, inclusive classroom culture that promotes growth, confidence, and achievement What You’ll Need: Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching in a Special Education setting A valid Connecticut Special Education Teaching License Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success Experience: Elementary grades: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Connecticut Special Education Teacher certificate (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
