Salary: $79,040 - 79,040 per year Requirements:

• Native-level Italian proficiency and a university degree (Bachelors or higher)
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, content quality, quality assurance, or a related field
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply complex, evolving guidelines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience with AI/ML data workflows or human-in-the-loop evaluation
• Previous experience auditing or reviewing others work
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-based content evaluation
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
• Ability to work fully onsite and commute to one of the listed locations: New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, or Boston

• Support quality and execution across Data Labeling Associate teams, helping ensure work meets established standards at scale
• Audit team outputs and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy and consistency
• Answer associates questions and help them interpret guidelines
• Help team members address ambiguity and apply changing instructions
• Assist with onboarding and training through hands-on guidance and coaching
• Monitor workflows, queues, and blockers, and escalate risks or gaps to Team Leads
• Identify recurring patterns, issues, and edge cases in human and model outputs
• Take part in calibrations, team discussions, and stakeholder meetings
• Help improve guidelines, processes, and overall team performance

We are hiring a full-time Data Quality Analyst as a W-2 employee for a 40-hour workweek. This is a 100% onsite role in the Bay Area, Seattle-area locations, New York City, or other client-dependent locations listed above; remote work is not available. The advertised pay rate is $38 per hour.
