Health Insurance Client Services Coordinator

Join our dynamic and friendly team as a Client Services Coordinator! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to be part of our close-knit group. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as an office admin and play a crucial role in providing health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure). Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert on our products and services. Consult and provide health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure). Maintain Health & Accident MN license and carrier appointments in good standing. Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Clearly communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone. Utilize proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Outlook Software, Salesforce, and Adobe. Multitask and prioritize workflow effectively. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a professional setting. Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (expenses covered by the company). Desire to learn and willingness to grow. Ability to follow policies and safeguard PHI information. Familiarity with IFB Network updates. Hybrid position with flexible hours. Entry-level with advancement opportunities. Disability benefits.
