Associate Director, US Pharma Payer Marketing (Enlicitide) Our marketing teams are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to the world. The Associate Director for Enlicitide will play a critical role in supporting the launch of this investigational oral PCSK9 inhibitor by developing, refining, and executing market access strategies and solutions. Primary Responsibilities Leverage market and customer insights to shape market access strategies. Develop payer customer segment strategies and promotional campaigns. Identify opportunities and support appropriate pull‑through activities and payer‑related solutions for field sales and account management teams. Monitor payer feedback and market dynamics to inform tactical adjustments to strategy. Provide US payer input into Brand Marketing, Global Market Access, new product planning, Integrated Account Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. Actively participate in developing value evidence strategies with Outcomes Research / Value & Implementation teams. Support US Finance in developing segment‑level forecasts to support brand forecast. Required Experience and Skills Minimum of 6 years combined payer marketing, pricing/market access strategy, marketing/sales leadership, or account management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; OR 7‑8 years of consulting experience with direct payer marketing and pricing strategy for product launch. Demonstrated understanding of the mechanics and economics of the US healthcare ecosystem across payer segments. Strong knowledge of US healthcare trends and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities. Excellent marketing, research, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into tactics. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient in developing market access and pricing/contracting strategies for pipeline products and navigating promotional review committees. Preferred Experience and Skills Experience launching a product and working in a managed care organization. Consulting or stakeholder management experience in cross‑functional capacity. Knowledge of agile principles and customer‑centric design thinking. Education • Bachelor’s degree required. • MBA, MPH, PharmD or other advanced degree preferred.
