Position Overview:

• Full-time, onsite assignment: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Support K–12 students with varied service needs
• Manage a caseload of 45–60 students, adjusting to student service minutes
• Contract period: 8/3/26 – 6/4/27

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Recent experience in school-based therapy settings
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy programs for diverse populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT services to students across multiple grade levels
• Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Adapt interventions to meet individual needs
