Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract role involves working alongside a dynamic educational team to foster student growth and facilitate access to learning environments. With diverse grade levels and a varied caseload of approximately 45–60 students, your expertise will directly impact student success and well-being throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with educational documentation, goal setting, and IEP participation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability to work across multiple grade levels and meet evolving service requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to K-12 students on an individual and group basis
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations
• Educate families and staff on therapy strategies and support generalization across school environments
• Manage a caseload of students with varying abilities, adjusting plans as necessary to foster independence and academic participation
