Qualifications:

• Active OTR license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Experience supporting diverse K–12 populations in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt smoothly to new environments and teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver school-based OT services to a caseload of 45–60 students (grades K–12, service minutes vary)
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and timelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Use evidence-based practices to support students’ educational access and participation
• Model professionalism, empathy, and creative problem solving
