Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, backgrounds, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to implement interventions that support recovery, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage regularly with multidisciplinary team members through virtual meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
