$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers ready to move
• Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions
• Follow up using our CRM and proven sales systems
• Deliver exceptional service that leads to referrals and repeat business
• Host open houses with provided live leads
• Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
• Stay organized with your pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Technology driven
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Self-motivation and drive
