Benefits Analyst

Supporting the administration and analysis of U.S. and global benefit programs, the full-time Benefits Analyst will focus on operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven insights while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities Administer health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollment and eligibility Serve as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and support audits Required Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and benefits administration platforms Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
