Translate brand DNA and commercial objectives into clear presentation standards while partnering with styling, design, and cross functional teams. Design scalable learning tools and deliver workshops that balance creative inspiration with operational excellence. Responsibilities Create and maintain global visual merchandising guidelines for jewelry, watches, and lifestyle collections. Translate product marketing strategy into standards for product presentation, fixture usage, zoning, and storytelling. Design and deliver structured training programs including onboarding and seasonal launches. Facilitate workshops and learning experiences for VM teams and global stakeholders. Develop scalable training tools that allow regional nuance while ensuring consistency. Lead cross functional collaboration to align VM content with marketing and brand initiatives. Manage external agencies or creative partners for content development as needed. Oversee product requests and maintain inventory for Product Presentation team. Requirements 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury retail, brand education, or creative content roles. Strong expertise in luxury visual standards and high end retail environments. Proven experience creating visual guidelines, training content, and learning frameworks. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills and ability to align stakeholders globally. Detail oriented with a strong eye for quality and consistency.
