Your Responsibilities

• Identify and source healthcare candidates using our innovative system and your personal network
• Engage potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and enhance their journey towards employment
• Accurately maintain records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on your contributions, including meetings set, interviews facilitated, and successful hires

Compensation Structure
