Depending on experience, this part-time role can make between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. ExperiencedCandidates for this role should have: Experience with basic accounting processes such as payroll, accounts receivable or payable, bank reconciliations, etc. Familiarity with basic GAAP accounting concepts, such as revenue recognition. Familiarity with double-entry accounting software such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, Xero, etc. Fluency in English. What Will You Do? First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional experience for our team and customers. Always. This role will be focused on timely completion of core accounts receivable processes. Accurately complete daily batching responsibilities, including check retrieval and bank deposits. Ensure documentation of customer communications during collections process. Continue to expand your knowledge of our trades & related transactions (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, electrical job classifications).
