Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary A Litigation Paralegal opportunity is available in Charleston, SC for an experienced legal professional who thrives in complex, document-intensive litigation. This direct hire role supports attorneys handling sophisticated litigation matters from case inception through trial, with a strong focus on discovery, records management, medical records analysis, deposition summaries, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case inception, discovery, pretrial preparation, and trial support. Manage large volumes of records, pleadings, discovery materials, medical records, and case documents. Prepare deposition summaries, document summaries, medical records chronologies, and litigation support materials. Coordinate discovery responses, document review projects, expert materials, and case deadlines. Maintain organized electronic case files and assist with legal research, document production, and trial preparation. Support multiple attorneys and active litigation matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire. Work arrangement: Fully on-site in Charleston, SC.
