About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Finance and Administration to serve as the strategic financial leader for its North American business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and leading key administrative functions. This role requires a strategic business partner who can influence both operational and executive decision-making, and who is adept at leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The VP will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, manage cash flow and banking relationships, and lead risk management and operational efficiency initiatives. Strong leadership, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Candidates for the VP of Finance and Administration position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-based environments. The role demands a proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational finance, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in a multi-site or multi-country setting. Strong ERP experience, with a focus on SAP or similar systems, is required. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, with a high level of integrity, and a change agent who is adept at driving process improvement and embracing continuous growth.
