You’ll work closely with HR Managers & HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent—ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Delivery Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer. Support requisition creation and approvals in SAP SuccessFactors . Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks. Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations. Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops. 2. Stakeholder Management Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align on talent needs and market trends. Act as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices and internal processes. Coach new hiring managers on recruitment protocols and behavioral interviewing. 3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Ensure a high-quality candidate journey from first contact to onboarding. Represent the company at job fairs and university events. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts. 4. Data & Process Management Use dashboards to track KPIs and drive improvements. Contribute to global/regional projects on process optimization and digitalization. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven ability to manage 20+ requisitions across diverse functions (e.g., Field Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Finance, R&D). Fluency in French is a plus Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors , HireRight , MS Office 365 , and MS Teams . Experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and assessment tools (e.g., PI).
