Sr. Social & Influencer Strategist

Responsibilities:

1. Social / Channel Strategy

Strategic AND hands-on.

Day to day:

• Build the global social/content calendar

• Determine what content goes on which channel and when

• Plan cadence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

• Translate the campaign idea into an actionable ~5-week social plan

• Potentially get into the platforms and actually execute/schedule posts

• Build measurement plans

• Social listening

• Weekly/monthly reporting

2. Influencer Strategy Execution

This is also very hands-on/end-to-end:

• Research/vet appropriate influencers in each market

• Reach out to influencers

• Source/select them

• Contract them

• Write influencer/content briefs

• Get creators onboarded and equipped

• Manage the influencer relationship post-contract through the campaign

Minimum Requirements: 

• 7-10 years social/content/influencer experience

• Hands-on social strategy content planning/calendar development

• Strong influencer experience, ideally sourcing → contracting → briefing → relationship management

• Comfortable being hands-on/executional 

• Experience with community engagement and/or social listening/measurement 

• Able to handle a massive, extremely fast-moving global campaign with little ramp-up

• Portfolio/case studies/examples of relevant work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Gaming experience - definitely preferred, but NOT required

• Global campaign experience

• Reddit/community experience

• Existing access/subscription to a social listening platform

• Sprinklr, Meltwater, Sprout Social, etc.
