Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required. Clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal/orthopedic patients is required.
• Demonstrated competency in completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: Experience working in outpatient clinic environments with student supervision responsibilities.

• Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Positions Available: 2 openings.
• Scope: Orthopedic outpatient caseload.
• Floating: May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
