Accounts Payable Clerk

Join a growing organization as an Accounts Payable Clerk and support critical financial operations during a temporary onsite project. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your AP experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accounts Payable Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately code incoming vendor invoices
- Assist with catching up on outstanding AP entries to keep records current
- Research and help resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized and compliant accounts payable documentation
- Provide general administrative support related to AP functions
- Prior Accounts Payable experience with strong AP coding skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Sage preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
- Reliable with strong communication skills
- Availability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay rate of $21-22/he.
- Full-time hours during the assignment
