Our agency has been serving the community since 2008, with a second location added in 2020. We’ve grown into a strong team of eight and continue to expand while maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment.

I was introduced to the industry through my mom, who was also a State Farm agent, and that early exposure helped shape my passion for the business and building a team that works well together. I’m married with two kids, and we stay involved in the community by supporting local charities and hosting community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Grove - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
