Sr. Plant Accountant

Job Description Records fixed asset additions and retirements in PowerPlan. Assists in formulating accounting policy and procedures involved in the tracking of project costs and maintenance of property, plant, and equipment records. Reconciles plant-related balance sheet accounts. Assists in reviewing, interpreting, and correcting all information in PowerPlan. Works with various business unit representatives to resolve questions related to project costs. Ability to cover all Fixed Asset Accounting duties during absence of others in group. Performs research, journal entries, and fixed asset entries, as needed. Identify issues or factors inhibiting progress on individual projects, collect and analyze data. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field 4 years of accounting experience Fixed Assets experience Proficient utilizing an accounting software (PowerPlan or something similar) Experience with Oracle Fusion We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
