Jeff Gottesman State Farm is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Acquisitions Specialist to help grow our agency by building relationships throughout the South Philadelphia community. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, lead follow-up, and outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with individuals, families, and local business owners throughout the South Philadelphia area.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while consistently following up to earn new business.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to provide complete protection for every customer.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals while contributing to agency growth.

Licensing Requirements

Insurance licensing is required.

• Property & Casualty license is required prior to your start date.
• Life & Health license must be obtained after starting with agency support.
• We provide licensing guidance, study resources, and coaching throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

• A sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and closing business.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Previous sales, insurance, banking, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for serving the South Philadelphia community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus but not required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
