About the Role

The VP of Finance will be expected to partner closely with various departments, such as supply chain, operations, sales, and marketing, to bring structure, improve forecast discipline, and support the business in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate for the VP of Finance position at the company will have a background in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, or a similar inventory-driven industry. Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with executives and translate financial data into actionable insights.
