The IT Project Coordinator will work with IT Managers and Technical leads to plan, organize, and coordinate the successful delivery of IT initiatives. Responsibilities Elicit project/initiative requirements and objectives Create project and resource plans Coordinate with team members to establish schedules, milestones, and individual tasks Arrange and lead project and team meetings Document meeting minutes and action items, ensuring follow-up Track project progress, team performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders Utilize project management software such as JIRA to monitor progress and schedule adherence Required Qualifications Experience working in cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical backgrounds Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Customer-focused mindset to meet stakeholder expectations and business needs Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail Effective prioritization skills to meet deadlines Proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and challenges Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field PMP Certification (a plus) 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager/Coordinator Experience in agile projects Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting About Delphi-US Delphi-US is a national recruiting firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
