Preconstruction Manager, CapEx & Cost Strategy

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to oversee future project deployments and pre-construction estimating. This role involves generating Capital Expenditure Proformas, analyzing cost drivers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in construction budgeting and project management.
