The Role The Director is the public face and spiritual steward of our ministry. Reporting to the Board, you’ll translate our mission into daily action — leading staff and volunteers, overseeing programs and client care, driving fundraising and community outreach, and keeping the home safe, welcoming, well‑run, and financially sound. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the residential and St. Gianna Community programs, ensuring compassionate care and client onboarding (medical, mentoring, life-skills, housing, and more). Supervise, train, and mentor all staff and volunteers. Lead fundraising, development, and represent us with parishes, the Archdiocese, donors, and pro‑life partners. Manage the operating budget, records, and compliance (HIPAA, health, fire, and safety codes). Partner with the Board on reporting and long‑term strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Philomena House
