Epic Radiant Analyst (Remote)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. This individual will play a key role in supporting, building, optimizing, and maintaining Epic Radiant workflows and functionality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within Epic Radiant environments, including customized builds and configurations, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and operational support.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Radiant experienceCurrent Epic Radiant Certification requiredProven experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and workflow optimizationAbility to effectively navigate and support highly customized Epic Radiant environmentsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into system build and configuration solutionsStrong understanding of healthcare imaging, radiology workflows, and Epic application functionalityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a remote work environmentResponsibilitiesParticipate in Epic Radiant application design and workflow review sessionsGather, document, and validate business and technical requirementsConfigure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant application components according to approved specificationsCollaborate with IT, operational, and clinical stakeholders to develop and implement system enhancementsPerform unit testing, integrated testing, and system validation activitiesTroubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production supportAssist with change management, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and future enhancementsPartner with training teams to support the development of end-user education materials and documentationMaintain application documentation, build records, and configuration standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in large healthcare organizations with complex Epic implementationsFamiliarity with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request managementExperience supporting integrations and downstream systems within Radiology workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTechnical SkillsEpic RadiantEpic Build & ConfigurationEpic Certification (Radiant)System Testing & ValidationMicrosoft TeamsMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft VisioServiceNowWork Arrangement100% RemoteCandidates must be comfortable supporting and navigating customized Epic Radiant environments.Opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful healthcare technology solutions.Required Experience: 5+ years of Epic Radiant experienceCertification: Epic Radiant Certification RequiredLocation: Remote (United States)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
