Sales Representative

Turn conversations into clean-energy impact—and build a rewarding sales career while doing it!

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Representatives to help residential and small business customers take advantage of local community solar programs.

You’ll connect customers with community solar farms, explain how the program works, and help them understand the potential financial and environmental benefits—all without requiring solar panels to be installed on their property.

What You’ll Do:

1. Connect with Customers
   Engage with residential and small business customers throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware , introducing them to community solar and other energy solutions.
2. Educate & Build Trust
   Clearly explain how community solar works, answer customer questions, and communicate the financial and environmental benefits in a simple, compelling way.
3. Drive Sales
   Turn qualified prospects into community solar subscribers while consistently working toward individual and team sales goals.
4. Become a Clean-Energy Expert
   Stay informed about community solar, renewable energy programs, and our evolving energy offerings. We provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Communicator – You’re comfortable starting conversations, building relationships, and explaining new concepts to customers.

Driven & Self-Motivated – You enjoy setting goals, competing, and taking ownership of your results.

Sales-Minded – Previous sales experience is a plus, particularly in energy, telecom, home services, or direct-to-consumer sales—but it’s not required .

Quick Learner – You can understand energy and solar concepts and translate them into straightforward information customers can understand.

Adaptable – You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving industry and adjusting as programs, markets, and customer needs evolve.
