Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Broomfield, CO. The Project Manager will oversee waterproofing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with estimators, project coordinators, field teams, and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing timelines, monitoring job progress, conducting site visits and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and manufacturer guidelines, and resolving issues in the field. The role will also involve overseeing logistics for equipment and materials, maintaining accurate project documentation, and communicating clearly with customers and internal team members to ensure high-quality service. The Project Manager will support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and contributing to best practices in project delivery. Qualifications Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and close construction or waterproofing projects effectively. Background in expediting and expeditor responsibilities, including tracking approvals, materials, and schedules to keep projects on time. Skills in inspection and quality control to verify work meets safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and project specifications. Knowledge of logistics management, including coordinating equipment, materials, and crews across multiple job sites. Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining field reports, photographs, and accurate project records. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and navigate active construction environments safely. Proficiency with basic project management software and tools; familiarity with construction or waterproofing industry software is a plus. Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related field preferred.
