Bilingual Warehouse Lead (2nd Shift) Lebanon, IN — On-Site Responsibilities Lead Daily Operations – Coordinate and oversee shipping activities, assigning tasks and ensuring team productivity and accuracy. Support Team Performance – Train, guide, and assist material handlers while addressing questions and resolving issues. Order Fulfillment Oversight – Ensure accurate picking, packing, and preparation of outbound orders. Shipping Execution – Verify shipping documents, labels, and load outbound shipments safely and on time. Receiving Support – Assist with unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against documentation. Inventory Accuracy – Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of materials to maintain inventory integrity. Quality & Compliance – Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and ensure adherence to company standards. Safety & Organization – Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred. Good knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management.
