DOE + Bonus Great benefits (medical, dental, vision) - incredibly LOW monthly premiums Generous Employee Ownership Company vehicle + gas card Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Relocation assistance Job Details Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure. Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical. Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, collaborative approach. Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects. Commitment to safety, quality, and team success. What You’ll Do Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects. Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen. Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency. Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase. Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical. Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, collaborative approach. Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects. Commitment to safety, quality, and team success. Ready to find out more?
