You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.The Work:As a UKG Payroll Consultant, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding payroll implementations.Your responsibilities will include:Implementing and Supporting the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.Migrate and Validate data during implementations.Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usageCollaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities)Job Responsibilities:Functional Knowledge:Experience with Payroll History and General Ledger processesDelivery:Ability to support all aspects of payroll configurations, implementations, and enhancementsDocumentation & Training:Develop comprehensive payroll discovery filesData Analysis & Communication:Ability to interpret WFM, HR and Payroll needs and configure systems accordinglyGovernance & Compliance:Maintain project required documentation and schedules appropriatelyTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll ServiceMinimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceBonus Points If:You have team lead experienceYou have experience working with offshore teammatesYou have UKG Ready CertificationsYou have led customer escalationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
