Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a E-Billing Specialist in our Cleveland office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Understanding of start to finish billing process and procedures
• Understanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirements
• Monitor Billblast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections.
• Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues.
• Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times.
• Process / follow up appeals as needed.
• Review invoices for OCG requirements.
• Ability to enter rates/accruals into different systems.
• Ability to problem solve and critically think.
• Ability to work alone and also in a team setting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The E-Billing Specialist must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant client billing experience. A typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key machine by touch are required. Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems. Aderant/BillBlast experience is preferred. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude. Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.

InTapp Time, Chrome River Expense Reporting, Elite WebView, Interaction, Cisco Telephone System, AskCody Meeting, iManage, SharePoint

The salary range for this position is $62K to $82 K.
