Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to assess their physical conditions and understand their health histories thoroughly.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions in patients and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.
• Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques to optimize recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, including therapeutic massage and manual therapy, to promote healing and facilitate recovery.
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain detailed patient records, documenting progress and treatment objectives in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home care techniques and continuous exercises to support rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including children and elderly patients with varying diagnoses, from orthopedic injuries to neurological issues. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals regain their physical capabilities and improve their overall well-being through tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
