Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to accurately assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational interventions to empower patients.
• Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, making adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
• Document all assessments and treatment plans utilizing CureMD EMR, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach and ensure the achievement of patient goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on treating an adult patient population aged 40 to 65 years, addressing various orthopedic conditions and enhancing post-operative recovery. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills are essential to effectively engage with patients and provide exceptional care.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, we are open to applicants who are passionate and eager to grow in their physical therapy career.
• Experience utilizing EMR systems, particularly CureMD, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
