- Coordinate and dispatch technicians and field teams in Fairfield, CA
- Schedule daily routes, service calls, and job assignments efficiently
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Maintain accurate job records, scheduling systems, and documentation
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure jobs stay on schedule
- 3 or more years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed requirement
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
