Full Time Assistant Womens Lacrosse Coach

Job Location: Spalding-University Center - Louisville, KY 40203 (Fully Remote / Hybrid / On Campus) Job Summary Spalding University is seeking a Full‑Time Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach to assist the Head Coach in coaching and recruiting. The role supports the program in accordance with University, Conference, and NCAA guidelines. Salaries and Benefits Salary: $21,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, 23 paid time off days, 21 holidays, tuition remission, and additional benefits. Duties and Responsibilities Organize and execute daily practice plans. File scouting reports detailing player assessments, recruitment recommendations, and future recruiting opportunities. Conduct on‑campus and off‑campus recruiting. Assist the head coach with game‑day management. Assist with all lacrosse clinics and camps. Help run social media accounts for the program. Maintain effective work relationships with faculty, staff, and students. Conduct academic grade checks with athletes. Coordinate team travel. Organize fundraising and community service opportunities for athletes. Demonstrate a working knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and maintain program integrity through appropriate application of the rules. Represent Spalding University and the Athletic Department in an exemplary fashion. Perform all other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Director of Athletics. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree; collegiate playing or coaching experience preferred. Interrelations Regular or daily contact with administration, faculty, staff, and students.
