Summary Lead the store team at the Bellagio to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and meeting financial targets. Act as a visible sales leader and coach, supporting the Store Manager with business planning, team development and execution of commercial initiatives. Oversee daily department operations to maintain product care, store standards and efficient back‑of‑house processes. Responsibilities Drive team performance to exceed sales targets and maximize product contribution. Support Store Manager in developing business plans and action plans based on product performance analysis. Deliver an inspiring Client Journey and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling. Coach, develop and identify talent within the team; run briefings and tailor individual development plans. Ensure compliance with cash, inventory, logistics and reporting procedures and maintain high standards of product care. Promote digital tools and a digital mindset to enhance client engagement and sales. Requirements Strong business acumen with analytical skills and retail sales leadership experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and market trends. Proven ability to build client loyalty and deliver excellent customer experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills. Attention to detail and dependability in maintaining store standards and procedures.
