Summary The Team Manager leads and develops sales, operations and security team members to meet commercial targets and elevate the in-store client experience. This role supports and partners with the Store Director and assumes oversight of the store in their absence. The Manager is a hands‑on leader and coach who drives client development, service excellence and team performance. Responsibilities Coach, guide and support sales and operations to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets. Provide management presence on the sales floor and assume store oversight when the Director is not present. Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs to grow sales. Lead and model exceptional guest service, acting on client feedback and NPS to improve experience. Attract, hire, train and retain high-performing team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Optimize hospitality, store amenities and back‑of‑house operations to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and identify process improvements. Requirements Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer‑facing management experience. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and to perform various roles on the sales floor or operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point‑of‑sale and client tracking systems.
