The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals interested in developing a career in financial services.

As a Junior Financial Consultant, you’ll receive structured training and mentorship while learning how to work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help develop personalized strategies around protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.

No previous financial services experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, professional, and comfortable building relationships with people.

This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time career paths.

$70,000 - $80,000

• Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families

• Learn to assess clients’ financial goals, priorities, and concerns

• Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies

• Help develop personalized financial recommendations based on client needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Provide ongoing client service and conduct periodic reviews

• Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Complete required state licensing and professional development

• Follow company and industry compliance standards

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine desire to help people improve their financial future

• Coachable and willing to learn new skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable communicating with people virtually

• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment

• Customer service, banking, sales, education, leadership, hospitality, or related experience is a plus but not required

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain required state licensing
