Job Details Salary: From $50,000 to $75,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Nashville, TN 37211 Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable or eager to learn about our vehicles, services, and financing options. This position requires presenting new and pre-owned vehicles attractively and informatively to customers, with the goal of securing timely sales and building long-lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting vehicles by promoting model options, features, and value-added products and services per dealership policies. Conduct vehicle test drives while following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle operations, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements to customers. Maintain accurate and current sales documentation. Negotiate sales agreements ethically, confidently, and effectively. Stay informed about current vehicle models, accessories, financing options, and promotional offers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service through strong communication skills. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required. Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the position. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record. At least one year of automotive sales experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Sales experience in other industries is beneficial. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong focus on safety and customer service. Basic computer and internet proficiency. Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly.
