Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing & Leasing

Evergreen Real Estate Services is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Richmond, VA to support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities. Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, regulatory compliance, rent collection, and coordinating maintenance and vendor services.
