Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and possess excellent multitasking and communication skills to handle the complexities of event management. Job Description: Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions. Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure services. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and contingency plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
