Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Texas nursing license and Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with confidential information. Additional Responsibilities Maintain a therapeutic environment and ensure timely, accurate patient care. Engage in professional growth, performance accountability, and team building. Adhere to safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and exposure to blood and body fluids.
