Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager – South New Jersey (Burlington, Ocean, Camden, Atlantic, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland Counties) Responsibilities Manage a team of 2–3 sales representatives. Report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers. Generate leads from newspapers, online construction news services, customers, townships, construction offices, drivers, vendors, and by canvassing the sales territory for new starts. Schedule and conduct appointments with contractors in office and field settings. Track commercial, residential, industrial, municipal, and highway construction leads from the planning stage through delivery of our product. Serve as liaison between clients/contractors and Silvi departments, managing projects from start to finish. Visit sites and customers regularly, including those currently serviced by our locations. Develop sales strategies that reflect current market conditions and expand market share. Assist the Accounts Receivables Department in collecting balances, as required. Attend industry-related functions and inter-company meetings as needed. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering). Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience. Well‑experienced, results‑focused, and effective with a broad range of internal and external customers. Strong communication, analytical, and management skills. Adaptability to change projects on short notice. Experience with Salesforce (preferred). Physical Demands Stand/sit for long periods. Hear sounds and recognize their direction. See details of objects that are less than a few feet away. Determine from which direction a sound came. See differences between colors, shades, and brightness. Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects. Compensation Base salary: $100,000 per year. Performance, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities. Schedule & Travel Monday to Friday; weekends as needed. Up to 50% travel required. Location & Employment Type Full‑time, in‑person position. Must relocate to Burlington, NJ before starting work.
