Our goal is to meet the highest employer standards by ensuring the health and safety of our employees, protecting the environment and positively impacting our communities where we do business.Roles and Responsibilities:· Analyze and input lease and contract data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency acrossland systems.· Prepare full releases and Exhibit A documents for assignments and contracts.· Manage and maintain monthly lease calendars to track rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalties,expirations, and other payment obligations.· Determine rental payments, obligations, and expirations necessary to maintain leases in goodstanding.· Conduct lease and unit reviews for shut-in wells and process related payments, subject to reviewand approval.· Process payments and billing records resulting from ownership changes, including assignments,deeds, probate, and related transactions.· Review lease obligations monthly and make recommendations regarding rentals, shut-ins, minimumroyalty payments, and associated expirations.· Identify and resolve routine anomalies independently and refer more complex issues to senior staffas appropriate.· Input lease extensions for non-producing properties in accordance with contractual requirements.· Maintain and update land records, including payments, amendments, and supportingdocumentation.· Research private and public records using online resources to support lease administration and issue resolution.· Respond to landowner inquiries and work collaboratively with Land Operations and Land Administration team members to resolve issues effectively. · Assist Land Operations with preparation of agreements as requested, including pooling, communitization, and exhibit documentation. · Provide support to Land Operations and the Lease and Contracts team on special projects and initiatives as needed. · Perform work in accordance with company standards, processes, procedures, and internal controls. · Maintain awareness of industry practices and trends by participating in internal and external educational opportunities and developing professional affiliations.Qualifications· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional systems and applications.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.· Working knowledge of Quorum Land System and/or SAP preferred.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.· Ability to handle confidential and proprietary company information appropriately.· Solid understanding of land principles, lease obligations, and land records management.· General understanding of land terminology and contracts with the ability to work independently on assignments of increased complexity under general direction.EducationBachelor’s degree with 0–4 years of relevant experience, orEight (8) or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.RelocationThis position may be eligible for relocation.Travel RequirementsThe percentage of travel required for this position is 0-10%.Work ScheduleThis position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.Recruitment Fraud It has come to our attention various individuals and/or organizations are contacting people falsely pretending to recruit on behalf of Oxy.
