As a Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact within our Customer Experience team after a customer chooses AD Solutions. You'll set the tone for the customer relationship by coordinating appointments, communicating proactively, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service from their first interaction through ongoing support.

What You'll Do

As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating technician schedules while serving as a key point of communication for customers and internal teams. You'll keep daily operations moving by coordinating schedules, communicating updates, and ensuring everyone has the information they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule service appointments by matching customer availability with technician availability and service requirements.
• Monitor daily schedules and communicate updates when priorities or timelines change.
• Coordinate the daily schedule review with the Operations Team to communicate priorities, address exceptions, and ensure everyone is aligned for a successful start to the day.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or exceptions when needed to keep work moving.

Customer Service & Communication

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person with professionalism and urgency.
• Keep customers informed by providing appointment updates, service information, and next steps.
• Troubleshoot basic customer questions and connect customers with the appropriate team when needed.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.
• Conduct customer questionnaires and satisfaction surveys to support ongoing service improvements.

Team & Operational Support

• Collaborate with service, sales, and support teams to ensure customers receive timely, accurate service.
• Share customer feedback, recurring issues, and scheduling concerns with leadership.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve scheduling and the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear and professional speaking voice.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, office technology, and business software.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in Orlando.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Orlando headquarters. You'll work alongside a supportive team while developing the skills needed to grow your career in customer service and operations.
