Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily branch operations and service delivery across the distribution network to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive service excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty across all touchpoints.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, service quality, and risk management.
Implement robust risk control frameworks and audit processes to mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows, leverage digital solutions, and drive continuous process improvement.
Mentor, coach, and develop branch operations staff to foster a high-performance culture and support career progression.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven leadership experience in branch operations, service management, or retail banking within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and operational risk management frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
