HR GENERALIST

LOCATION
Hybrid in Plano, TX

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $24/hour
• 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Hybrid schedule; Tuesday and Wednesday onsite

ROLE IMPACT
The HR Generalist supports an HR Shared Services team by providing timely, accurate support for employee questions and HR processes. This role helps deliver a positive employee experience by resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating escalations with HR partners and subject matter experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond professionally and promptly to employee inquiries involving benefits, compensation, HR policies, facilities, expense reporting, employee development, and other workplace topics.
• Process and verify Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements, ensuring accurate completion, tracking, and audit readiness.
• Research employee questions, clarify requests, and identify relevant factors such as job level, worker type, work location, and employing entity to provide accurate answers.
• Use Workday to track, manage, document, and resolve HR inquiries and processes efficiently.
• Coordinate escalations with HR Shared Services partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders while maintaining communication through resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Workday experience required.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher degree; strong written and verbal English communication skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately.
